Hitchcock, TX Hitchcock, TX Full-time Full-time $24 - $25 an hour $24 - $25 an hour 13 days ago 13 days ago 13 days ago Position Overview Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, the Quality Document Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of Parkline's quality processes, procedures, forms.
Job Functions o Ensures all controlled manuals, procedures and forms are properly updated o Create new written procedures, forms, and documents in proper formatting o Manages calibration database to assure information is updated and works with outside companies to keep gauges calibrated o Manages corrective action database to assure information is updated and works with Quality Manager to develop and enter reports o Participate in regularly scheduled customer complaint meetings to document actions and updates o Perform internal quality audits based on documented procedures o Photograph progress pictures of buildings during construction o Create monthly report graphs and charts o Complete and submit various monthly reports for the WV & TX offices o Complete and submit emergency orders for various jobs to the appropriate departments o Take Pre-Assembly pictures of buildings on a weekly basis o Complete monthly shortage reports o Complete Pre-Assembly shipping sheet for costs and weights o Manual Revision for state program o Weekly and monthly audit for quality control program o Qualifications o Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel o Excellent organizational skills o Good written and verbal communication skills o Experience in an ISO-9001 certified facility preferred o Adaptability - able to multi task and adapt to frequent changes and/or delays with various projects o Dependability - good work ethic; take initiate; can work independently to get tasks completed; work well with others o Planning/Organization - prioritizes and plans work; uses time efficiently Job Type:
