Experience or knowledge in this kind of field is a PLUS! All tasks and responsibilities can be negotiated among staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department - Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Perform data entry tasks to update information and records - File and organize documents, records, and other paperwork - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Maintain social media and website - Accounts payables/receivables - Tax filings
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Familiarity with Quickbooks, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.
