We are looking for the RIGHT person to assist in getting, managing, and completing jobs.
Duties - Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables - Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders - Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and milestones are met - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members - Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement Experience - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- General knowledge and experience within the fabrication/general construction field.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, risk management, time management, data analysis skills, process management, data collection, and product development - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a highly organized individual with a strong background in project management, we want to hear from you.
