Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Greet Guests as they arrive, engage with guests at the bar, take to-go phone orders, and provide recommendations and following steps of service - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service - Ensure to-go orders are accurate, properly packed and review with guest when they pick up.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred - Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills - Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to upsell products - Understanding of food handling and safety procedures - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
