Job Functions Assist Journeyman with lay out and fit up process of assembling shelters.
Drill holes utilizing various tooling.
Assist in the preparation of materials by surface cleaning and grinding Clean work areas and put tooling away when not in use.
Work off of ladders / man lifts Competencies Must be able to accurately read tape measure Must be competent in basic math skills, including fractions Must be familiar with correct and safe use of common tooling Must possess toolbox and tooling required for position.
Adaptability - able to multi task and to adapt to frequent changes, delays or unexpected challenges with assigned projects Dependability - good work ethic; uses discretion, takes initiative and works independently to get the job completed High school diploma or equal preferred.
